Inspired by personal experience with loneliness and driven by a mission to foster meaningful human connection.
The Unplugged Collective was founded from a simple yet deeply felt belief. People are quietly craving real connection.
It's not networks, feeds, or curated interactions that feed our souls, but presence, belonging, and the feeling of being truly known.
That's why we started gathering.
We're starting small, with simple walk-and-talks, potlucks, and skill shares, but something meaningful is growing. Because gathering is working. People are staying longer than they planned. They're coming back. They're bringing friends. They're realizing that safety lives in connected community.
The Unplugged Collective is helping reimagine community-centered living through shared spaces, intergenerational connection, shared rituals, and a culture of showing up for one another.
At its core, the work is simple: creating environments where people feel seen, needed, and less alone.

What we hold sacred in every gathering.
Everyone has a seat. No one performs.
Picking phones up a little less, looking up a little more.
We show up for one another beyond events.
Wisdom and youth in the same room.
Free or low-cost. Always welcoming.
Real conversations. Real food. Real life.
Reweaving the fabric of everyday community.
We believe community should be part of everyday life again. Shared meals. Conversations that linger. Spaces where people of different generations can gather, create, learn from one another, and genuinely belong. Through low-tech gatherings, youth programming, skill-sharing, and community-centered spaces, we're slowly rebuilding the kind of connection people have been missing.
